RNAi2013: Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made before 31 October 2012 shall incur a 20% administration charge (minimum £115).
2. Cancellations made after 31 October 2012 and before 31 December 2012 shall incur a 40% administration charge (minimum £150).
3. Cancellations made after 31 December 2012 shall incur an 80% administration charge (minimum £175).
4. We regret that we are unable to refund after 18 January 2013.
5. We will deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
6. This cancellation policy applies to registration fee, accommodation and meal bookings.
7. We warmly welcome substitute delegates at any time.
8. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference (also see Clause 9 below), the maximum liability shall be limited to full refund of the fees received by us at the time of booking, with no additional liability whatsoever to the conference organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia or any individuals affiliated with the conference or LibPubMedia in any capacity. We may also deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
9. If the cancellation of the conference is caused by a natural disaster, a disease epidemic or pandemic, war or act of terrorism, the maximum liability to us shall be limited to 75% of the fees received by us at the time of booking, with no additional liability whatsoever to the conference organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia or any individuals affiliated with the conference or LibPubMedia in any capacity. We may deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
10. All charges exclude UK VAT (currently at 20%).
