Registration & Fees

1. Download and complete the Registration Form (.xls). A single form can be used for group registration by the same laboratory.

2. Save as <LastName-APT14RegistrationForm>, e.g., for Dr David Jones, save as Jones-APT14RegistrationForm. Please do not send as a scanned image or a PDF file.

4. To complete your registration full payment must be made at the time of registration by one of the following methods:

o PayPal (using credit or debit card)
o Online/electronic transfer (please request our bank details).

We regret that we do not accept purchase orders or payments by cheque.

Fees (all prices in UK Pounds):

Fees apply to payments made on or before the indicated deadlines and not to the date of submission of the registration form. There will be no credit card facility at the registration desk; therefore, only GB Pounds Sterling cash payments will be accepted on-site.

Group discounts apply to registration fees of delegates from the same laboratory or institution. All delegate members of a group must register at the same time using a single Registration Form (.xls). For further information please email on:
