All fees must be paid in full within 15 days of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All money transfer charges are to be met by the senders.
All services are offered on an as-is basis.
No refund will be given for any digital services that have already been provided.

Personal information (name, postal address, email, telephone, etc.) provided by participants will be held in our database and may be used by Library Publishing Media (referred to as LibPubMedia hereafter) to advertise its products. We may share this information with our sponsors and interested third parties for marketing. If you do not wish to disclose your details to third parties, please provide a written statement at the time of registration/booking.
In the unlikely occurrence of a change of meeting dates for any reasons beyond our control, should a sponsor wish to withdraw from the meeting, the maximum liability to us shall be limited to 75% of the fees received by us at the time of booking, with no additional liability whatsoever to the meeting organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia, or any individuals affiliated with the meeting or LibPubMedia in any capacity. We may deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of the meeting by the organisers (also see Clause 8 below), the maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of the fees received by us (minus banking fees and exchange rate losses), with no additional liability whatsoever to the event organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia, or any individuals affiliated with the event or LibPubMedia in any capacity.
Force majeure: If we cancel the meeting due to a natural disaster, a disease epidemic or pandemic, industrial action, war or act of terrorism, government legislation or order, the maximum liability to us shall be limited to 75% of the fees received by us at the time of booking, with no additional liability whatsoever to the conference organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia, or any individuals affiliated with the conference or LibPubMedia in any capacity. We may deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund. The sponsors will be offered alternative dates if the meeting is cancelled due to force majeure.
In the unlikely event, for reasons beyond our control, that we are unable to provide a listed sponsorship deal or a service to the fullest, the maximum liability shall be limited to a proportional refund of the package sponsorship fee received by us (minus any banking fees and exchange rate losses), with no additional liability whatsoever to the meeting organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia, or any individuals affiliated with the meeting or LibPubMedia in any capacity.
No refund will be given for services that have been provided already, such as a weblink, an advertisement or a digital booth/stand on the meeting website.
The sponsors and advertisers are responsible for providing us the agreed advertisement information, and paying governtment taxes and duties in relation to the import/export of their goods.
The sponsors and advertisers are responsible for the correctness of information they provide us.
The meeting organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia, or any individuals associated with the meeting or LibPubMedia, make no representation or warranty of gain of business or profits as a result of use of services or information provided in connection with the meeting, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of business, employment, profits or anticipated savings resulting from the use of the services or information provided in connection with the meeting, in any country or court of law.
The meeting organisers and hosts, LibPubMedia, or any individuals associated with the event or LibPubMedia, shall not be liable, in any country or court of law, for infringement of third party rights by an meeting participant or sponsor.
The meeting website, and that of LibPubMedia, may contain links to a number of other websites, provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these external websites are maintained by their owners, for which we take no responsibility, neither providing a link on our website means that we necessarily agree to their contents, nor are we responsible for contents of any website linked to this website.
We have the right to accept or reject a booking application without giving reasons and our decision shall be final.
