Submit an Abstract

RNAi2014 invites abstracts for podium and poster presentation on short and long no-coding RNA biology and their therapeutic applications, in particular chemical design, in vitro and in vivo delivery, functional studies and RNA biomarkers. Key topics include:

  • Short and long non-coding RNAs in gene regulation
  • RNAi therapeutics
  • High-throughput screens
  • siRNA chemical modification and formulation
  • Small RNA delivery – in vitro and in vivo
  • MicroRNAs and other non-coding RNAs as biomarkers
  • Clinical trials


Submission deadlines:

  • Podium abstract: Closed
  • Poster abstracts: 17 January 2014


Submission guidelines:

The abstract pack MUST include the following:

1. Registration form (.xls) || Pay with PayPal

2. Authorship information

  • Full names, affiliations and emails of ALL abstract authors
  • Telephone number of the corresponding author


3. Abstract (see guidelines doc)

  • Title of presentation
  • Authors’ names and affiliations
  • Abstract (300 words maximum)
  • Up to seven keywords (optional)


A limited number of poster abstracts will be selected for short oral presentations. Please clearly indicate if you wish your poster abstract to be considered for an oral presentation.

Please note acceptance of an abstract does not automatically imply commitment to financial support for the presenter. Limited financial support is available for invited academic speakers only. Industrial and non-invited presenters are expected to register as fee-paying delegates.

Invitation to submit full manuscript: RNAi2014 presenters are invited to submit full manuscript to the Journal of RNAi and Gene Silencing. The deadline for sending full manuscripts is 22 February 2014. The conference will cover the basic open-access publication charges of accepted manuscripts.
