Phishing alert

A few speakers have been contacted by scammers, offering them accommodation. We have no association with any such organisation/company (such as ops@travellerpoint.org, support@royal-visit.com, reservations@royal-visit.com, or any other travel/accommodation agency), so any emails from them are unsolicited and most likely a scam. We suggest that you do not respond to their emails, click any links in the emails, or send them any personal or card information.

Furthermore:

• We will never contact you via telephone.
• We will not ask you for your bank or card details.
• We do not take payments over the telephone. The only way to make card payments is via the registration form.
• If you are planning to stay at St Edmund Hall, another University of Oxford College, or a hotel in Oxford, please get in touch with them directly via the contact information provided on their websites.
