Fee Structure

Please review the following information before completing your registration:

• Fee validity: Conference fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The applicable fee is based on the date of payment, not the date of registration form submission.
• Virtual attendance discounts: Delegates from small- to medium-economy countries are eligible for a discounted registration fee for virtual attendance only. All in-person attendees are required to pay the standard registration fee.
• No day rates available: We are unable to offer single-day rates. The costs of organising the conference and the benefits of networking remain largely unchanged, regardless of how long a delegate attends. We therefore ask that all participants register for the full event.
• Currency: All fees are listed in GBP (£) – British Pound Sterling.
• Any discounts are available only on application and cannot be applied retrospectively.
