We welcome abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your submission is considered for a review.

If you have already registered and paid your fee
If you have not yet paid, but you want to submit your abstract for pre-approval. Please note that your registration fee must be paid in full by the abstract submission deadline for your presentation, whether oral or poster, to be formally considered.

Abstract submission policies

The submitter must be listed as the first or last author and will receive all communications on behalf of co-authors
Upload your abstract as a single file, named as follows: Example: Jones-Apt25 for Dr David Jones
Do not submit scanned images or PDF files – these will not be considered
Avoid generic filenames like Oxford-abstract, aptamers-abstract, etc. Such generic names are only for your own use, but not for submission to the conference.
Abstracts must be under 2000 characters (with spaces), excluding title, authorship, and contact details
Do not include subheadings, paragraphs, images, or references
Abstract acceptance does not imply financial support
- Limited support is available for invited academic speakers only
- All other presenters must register as fee-paying delegates
