Participants are advised that due to the international nature of any such events, we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19 coronavirus or other infections while attending this event in-person. Therefore, you are attending at your own risk.
We strongly urge that you take comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover any losses due to catching COVID-19 (or other reasons, e.g., personal, professional or medical), for example – but not limited to – quarantining, cancellation of the conference, flights, and accommodation, etc.

You can follow general common sense and hygiene practices to minimise catching and spreading infections (including COVID19 and other respiratory viruses):
If you are from a high-risk area, have travelled to a high-risk area, or suspect having a respiratory infection (no matter how mild), please do not register. We would welcome you the next time.
If you are unwell before the meeting please consult your health professional and stay at home. In order to ensure the well-being of other event participants, any person showing symptoms of flu will be requested to leave.
