Why is there a charge for attending this conference virtually?
Virtual attendance is mainly aimed at non-UK participants. We encourage UK participants to attend in person.

If you plan to submit an abstract for presentation at the conference, please use the official abstract template to prepare your submission.
The following fees are for attending this conference virtually. Higher fees will apply for in-person attendance. Please note that we are unable to offer day rates. All fees are in GB Pound Sterling and are subject to change without prior notice.
Any discounts are available on application and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Please note that we cannot guarantee uninterrupted live streaming of the conference, as it relies on third-party software and venue infrastructure. While we aim to provide a smooth experience, technical issues may occur. For this reason, we strongly discourage virtual attendance, especially for UK-based delegates, where in-person participation is more feasible.
